Storage Instructions: For optimal freshness and texture, we recommend enjoying your cake slice on the day of purchase. It can be stored in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 2 days or refrigerated for up to 4 days. For the best taste, allow it to come to room temperature for 20-30 minutes before serving.
Serving Suggestion: Pairs beautifully with a strong cup of coffee, a scoop of vanilla bean ice cream, or a simple glass of cold milk.

To ensure our fresh products arrive in perfect condition, we offer local delivery within a select area. Please enter your address and postal code at checkout to confirm if you are within our delivery zone.
A flat delivery fee of $7 applies to all local orders. Enjoy FREE delivery on orders over $40!
Same-Day Delivery: Place your order by 1:00 PM EST (Tuesday – Saturday) for delivery between 3:00 PM and 6:00 PM the very same day.
Next-Day Delivery: Orders placed after our 1:00 PM cut-off will be scheduled for delivery the following business day.

Your satisfaction is our top priority. Due to the perishable nature of our handcrafted cakes, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on food items.
However, if you are not completely satisfied with the quality of your order or believe there is an error, please contact us within 24 hours of purchase at help@cacao-fine.com
Please provide your order number and a photo of the item in question. We handle these situations on a case-by-case basis and will work with you to find a suitable solution, which may include a replacement or store credit. We promise to make it right!
